A bit of history!

This Santa Cruz Ocean Spirit Festival had its origin when two friends, practicing Kite Surfing, which is proposed to organize a voyage by sea (Downwind) between the beaches of Super-tubes (Peniche) and Pisão (Santa Cruz).
