KPWT Portugal Day 6

Today was another day for those to take in the festivities that the KPWT Ocean Spirit offers other than wind.
There was beach volleyball, surfing, the kayak competition and a pool in which to learn how to kayak.

The riders had the chance to get free massages, spend some time relaxing in the Jacuzzi or just enjoy the sun and catch up on some sleep. At 18h00 the sunset stage hosted Emilbus to introduce us into the evening and end the beautiful day on a good note.

The excitement is building for the festivities tomorrow night and the local band, Buraka Sound System that promise to entertain us all, with their Indie Rock sound! Over 10 000 people are expected to come to the event site for the 21h00 start! After the wonders of day 4 of the competition it seems we will have to wait another day for some good wind and big swells. Forecast looks good tomorrow with wind coming down from the North so let’s hope we get some first-rate swell and another good day of kitesurfing!
