Jeremie in Lacanau

What's up since the last update where I was surfing the 8min long wave on over 2kms ? Quiet a lot of things happened but first of all we went to Lacanau on the south west coast of France to enjoy the nice beach break, some of the best in the world and we got lucky with the conditions. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough wind to kite in those but the conditions were good enough to surf and do some Stand up paddle ( SUP). When it's windy, Lacanau can become a great wave or freestyle kiteboarding spot.

This place is crazy, waves are breaking all along the beach and the big tides change the landscape and the waves everyday, almost everybody living there is a surfer and when you are walking down the main street you feel like in California with a lot of people and surf shops every 10 meters.

In the other hand, many people are coming down there for holidays, just to enjoy the weather and the long sandy beaches there. They don't surf but enjoy spending some time playing in the waves even if they are pretty big.
