Amendment to the IKA class rules

Following the decision of the class AGM, ISAF has published an amendmend to the class rules at their website

C.1.2 LINE LENGTH The maximum distance measured from the middle point of the bar to any point of the kite shall be 45 meters.

This restriction has been added due to safety and insurance issues.
