X-Greenland 2010 crossing a great succes!

X-Greenland 2010 is a Norwegian snowkite expedition that crossed Greenland from south to north during may and june of 2010. The expedition consists of four members. All very experienced long distance snowkiters from Norway.

With 1812 kilometers sailed in 17 days. The expedition was a great succes. Where the Flysurfer Speed3 Deluxe proved to be a great expedition kite.

Our Speed3 15m Deluxe´s worked superb all the way ensuring massive power for hauling people and sledges all the way over the artic.

We extended the lines with approximately 20 m to make them even more powerful in super low winds. Also the big windrange of the Speed3 impressed us - one kite for all conditions!

Before the expedition I had some worries with respect to the solidity of the bridle lines but we could not see any sign of excessive wear on our kites after all these hours of kiting.

Our conclusion is that there is no other kite that can match the Speed3 15m Deluxe as expedition kite. Thank you for all your support."
