New Speed Record!
And we have a new record! 
News just in from Luderitz Speed event photographer is that Alex Caizergues has once again broken the kite speed record, with an average speed over 500m of 54.10 knots / 100.19km/h. More at Craig Kolesky's blog:
Today the wind blew how it is supposed to. If you think been in the wind is easy your are so wrong. After a full day in the wind wearing a wetsuit, jacket and MX goggles to keep the elements out, we are all totally dead.
The guys were kiliing it today with a lot of kiters getting over the 50 knots mark. A couple of kites got totally trashed as well as a couple of people, one kiter had to be sent to hospital. We will know tomorrow what the final results are.
