Episode one sees Jim and Annelies catch up with Lewis Crathern after THAT pier jump and Rob Douglas takes us down Luderitz's super-narrow speed strip, where he claimed the speed world record back from the sailors in October.

We also hear from John Bilderback on the making of his high-def action thriller, Big Windy, Reo Stevens runs through his North Shore surfboard quiver and we round it all off with the Move of the Month competition, featuring: Aaron Hadlow, Mark Shinn, Youri Zoon, Alex Pastor, Ben Wilson and Dimitri Maramenides.
