It looks like the beginning of 2011 will see a real flooding of kite associations joining the IKA, with the next one being the Kite Association Russia, led by Ilya Vinokurov, one of the IKAs Olympic Ambassadors.


We are really looking forward to extend the cooperation with the Russian Kite Community !
