Operation ankle completed!

The good old story of my ankle injury! Visit several doctors and physiotherapists. The last one I was going to see finally got it right, so I went in for surgery yesterday. I had an operation on this ankle 15months ago as well, but still found quite some trouble in my ankle. Because of my flatfeet the stance of my ankles is just not right and puts quite some pressure on the cartilage.

Yesterday was an interesting day for me as I could follow the surgery on a screen. I saw the doc removing a lot of scar tissue and scraping of some bone…This created more space so my ankle joint could move clearly.

Now on a good program with the physiotherapists and I’ll be back stronger than ever in a month or 3. Now focusing on lining things up for this year, music stuff and gym.
