Slingshot signs core kitesurfer Patrick Rebstock


Slingshot is stoked to welcome Patrick Rebstock to the family. Patrick is the latest rider to recently join Slingshot Surf along with Mauricio Abreu and Jeff Kafka.

“I couldn’t be more excited to be part of the Slingshot crew. We share the same vibe for surfing and they have some of the most innovative products in the market. I’m studying Mechanical Engineering in school and have always been impressed with the quality and construction of their products. Super stoked to be riding with them.”



Patrick has been turning heads with his videos and recently qualified for the REAL Kiteboarding Triple S event. He is part of the new breed of core kitesurfers from California and one of the main riders pushing the limits in strapless riding. Triple S will have to wait though. “I’m really happy to qualify for Triple S, unfortunately I will not be able to go because of my finals in school. Kiteboarding is my dream, but right now I have to focus on my studies. Riders careers are made at that event and I hope that I can be a part of it next year.”

Patrick will be traveling this summer with the Slingshot Global Team, chasing some of the most perfect surf in extreme, remote places. Stay tuned for the next level of riding from the Slingshot Surf.
