It was a heavy day here in Sylt. On-shore wind around 28 knots and 3 meter waves rolled onto the beach of Westerland and made it impossible to get the race crew out on the water to continue racing for the 2011 world championship.

This means that the new world champions after 12 races are standing as Johnny Heineken (USA,Ozone) and Steph Bridge (GBR, North). Vice world champions are Adam Koch (USA, Ozone) and Katja Roose (NED, Airush).

The production division was won by Sky Solbach (USA, North) and Steph Bridge (GBR, North)
